Isuzu unveiled the D-max V-Cross at the 2016 Auto Expo while the commercial launch will be in the second half of 2016 at an approximate price of Rs. 15 lakhs.
Isuzu is slowly but steadily gaining popularity in the Indian market where people did not even recognize the brand sometime ago. Looking at this positive development, the automaker has unveiled the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross at the 2016 Auto Expo and the ‘Adventure Utility Vehicle’ as the company calls it will be launched commercially in the second half of 2016 with a starting price of around Rs. 15 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The Isuzu D-Max V-Cross is powered by a 2499cc BSIV compliant diesel engine that produces 134 BHP of power and 320 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The pick-up truck will be offered with a 4WD system along with high ride suspension for higher ground clearance, wider track and a longer wheelbase. It is built on the automaker’s iGRIP platform that ensures better stability at high speeds. It will come with a host of other features that ensure comfort in the cabin as it will target the private buyers.
