Porsche has launched the Panamera Diesel Edition for the Indian market, priced at Rs. 1.04 crores which comes with an extensive range of standard features.
The Porsche Panamera family has received a new four-door sports car for the Indian market called the Diesel Edition. The new special edition sports car is available at all the Porsche dealerships in the country and is priced at Rs. 1,04,16,000/- (ex-showroom, Maharashtra). The German luxury automaker claims that the special edition comes with a wide range of features as standard which are aimed at attracting enthusiasts and providing maximum comfort to the driver as well as all the passengers.
The Porsche Panamera Diesel Edition does not have a lot of differences with regards to the exterior design. When equipped with the optional Porsche Entry & Drive, it gets glossy black trims on the windows with door handles painted in the same colour. The vehicle gets the new bi-xenon headlamps found on all the new Porsche vehicles which is handled by the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) and the special edition comes with 19-inch alloy wheels based on the Turbo II design as standard.
The interiors of the new Porsche Panamera Diesel Edition are planned to provide a perfect match of sport and luxury. The interior gets a bi-colour treatment with Black-Luxor Beige on the part-leather upholstery. All the headrests have Porsche logo embossed on them. The centre console has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) for media, communication and navigation and the special edition also has a 585-Watt Bose surround sound system with 14 speakers.
The Porsche Panamera Diesel Edition is powered by an engine that produces 250 HP. The vehicle gets Adaptive Air Suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard. Other standard features in the new special edition sports sedan include electric slide and tilt sunroof, Power Steering Plus, both front and rear park assist with reversing camera, soft close doors and 4-zone climate control system.
