Mahindra Two-Wheelers has just launched the Rodeo UZO 125 in India. The Rodeo UZO is mainly aimed at the youth. It carries styling elements like racing stripes, body graphics and coloured wheels to make it more appealing to young buyers. The scooter also gets a specially textured dual-tone seat that reduces slipping during acceleration and braking. The Rodeo UZO 125 comes with DCDI technology and ATLA system which help provide better performance as well as low maintenance. The scooter also gets telescopic suspension set up at the front which makes riding on rough roads easier.
The Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125 comes with external front fuelling and a digital instrument console that packs in a speedometer, odometer, tripmeter, accelerometer, tachometer, fuel indicator, clock and a high speed alarm. There is a very convenient charging point too that will come in useful if your phone’s battery drains out while riding. Mahindra has incorporated a storage space of 22-litres in the scooter and this space is also illuminated and protected by a 4-in-1 anti-theft alarm key.
Powering the Mahindra Rodeo UZO 125 is a 125cc engine that returns an ARAI claimed mileage of 59 km/l. The scooter has a decent ground clearance of 154 mm. It is available with a choice of four colours – Victory Violet, Racetrack Black, Colt Black and Blazing Blue. Priced at Rs. 47,957/- (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Rodeo UZO is a very good package for those who want a value for money 125cc scooter. The Mahindra Rodeo competes with the Suzuki Access and Honda Activa 125.
