TVS Motor introduces free 24/7 road side assistance program for its buyers in 70 cities for now, plans to expand soon.
TVS has introduced a 24/7 road side assistance program for all its new and existing buyers without any additional cost. You can avail the service by dialling a toll-free number or using the TVS app from your smartphone. This program has been launched in 70 cities and is planned to expand to 200 cities by this October.
This program aims to resolve on-road problems faced by the customers. TVS is offering services such as spare key pick-up, fuel delivery and onsite repair. If the situation gets worse, they also have services including cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles.
This 24/7 road side assistance program is valid for every new and existing TVS scooter or motorcycle under warranty with no additional charges. The Indian bike maker plans to roll out this program pan India by March 2017. To avail the road side assistance program, TVS customers can dial 1800 419 2077 or connect through the TVSM Service App.
TVS will be organising awareness campaigns across the country through their network for making their customers aware about the new initiative by the Indian bike manufacturer.
