2025 Hyundai Palisade Revealed, Alcazar Pro Max!

2025 Hyundai Palisade is now bigger and gets a 9 seater layout

2025 Hyundai Palisade revealed, it is the second generation model. The latest iteration comes with significant updates, including an increase in size, a boxier design and the introduction of a nine-seat layout for the first time.

Design Highlights

The new Palisade features a more upright and muscular stance compared to its predecessor. At the front, the oversized parametric grille has been replaced by a sleeker, rectangular unit, complemented by vertically stacked headlamps. The daytime-running lights retain their vertical orientation but now feature individual rectangular segments for a more distinctive look.

On the sides, the window line has been elongated, with the C-pillar design of the outgoing model replaced by a more streamlined look. Prominent creases above the wheel arches add a sense of ruggedness, while the D-pillar is accented in silver to provide a visual break in the window line.

At the rear, the SUV sports new vertically stacked tail lamps with a segmented design that mirrors the DRLs. A spoiler crowns the otherwise minimalist tailgate and the bumper incorporates a faux skid plate element for a touch of sportiness.

Interior Updates

The cabin of the new Palisade introduces an evolutionary design while retaining its premium appeal. The upper dashboard features a wraparound layout, with the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster seamlessly integrated below. A shelf-like lower dashboard houses the air-conditioning vents and physical controls, while the centre console is detached from the dashboard, creating additional storage space below.

The console between the seats includes a wireless charger, a 100W USB charging outlet, and a storage cubby. Two sunroofs add to the cabin’s airy feel. Hyundai has also introduced a nine-seat configuration for the first time. This includes a front centre console that doubles as an additional seat. The second row offers the flexibility of either captain’s chairs or a bench seat, while the third row comes standard with a 60:40 split bench seat.

Powertrain Options

Details about the powertrain are yet to be confirmed. However, reports suggest that the new Palisade will offer both conventional and hybrid powertrain options, catering to a diverse range of customer preferences.

With its updated design, expanded seating capacity, and promise of advanced features, the second-generation Hyundai Palisade aims to strengthen its position in the competitive SUV market. While full specifications and pricing details are awaited, the enhancements suggest that Hyundai is targeting a broader audience with its flagship offering.
