Middleweight super bikes from Honda have come back with a marginal increase in price!

  • 2025 Honda CB650R Launched At ₹ 9.20 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
  • 2025 Honda CBR650R Launched At ₹ 9.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
  • None of the middle-weights have e-clutch, showcased internationally.

Powered by a 649cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled engine both the Honda CBR650R and CB650R have been launched in India yet again with the 2025 update. Compared to the outgoing model, the prices have gone up by a minimum of ₹ 35,000/-. The power figures have been the same too with 93.8 BHP at 12,000 RPM and 63 Nm of torque at 9500 RPM.

Both the motorcycles have got the same set of equipment on offer, the major difference is the design as the CBR carries a full-faired superbike design language while the CB is a neo-retro naked motorcycle. A 5-inch colourful TFT with connectivity features does duty on both the motorcycles. The connectivity features also includes features like calling and navigation via bluetooth.

With great power and an agile motorcycle you need good brakes, and both the CB and CBR here come equipped with a pair of dual 310 mm discs upfront and a 240 mm disc at the rear with dual-channel ABS. Comfort with ride and handling balance is taken care of by the Showa 41 mm Seperate Function Fork Big Piston (SFF-BP) suspension at the front and an adjustable mono shock with pre-load adjustment.

Available from the Big Wing dealership, the deliveries for the new middle-weight super bikes will begin from February 2025 while the booking has started. Both the motorcycles will compete against the Triumph Daytona 660, Suzuki GSX-8R, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, Triumph Trident 660, Kawasaki Z900, KTM Duke 890 and more.
