2025 Honda Amaze Spotted Testing For The First Time

2025 Honda Amaze spotted testing with heavy camouflage, launch later this year

2025 Honda Amaze will be the third generation model of the compact sedan. The test mule of the new model has been spotted for the first time in India. It is based on the modified platform of the City and Elevate. The compact sedan will get an all-new design language along with redesigned interior having more features on offer.

In these spy images you can see the heavily camouflaged body of the new Amaze but you will notice the redesigned rear profile with sharper tail light cluster. The front and side profile is not visible in these spy images but we believe it will take inspiration from the new generation Civic having revised nose with updated grille and new headlamps.

You can expect new bumper design as well along with dual tone shiny alloy wheels. We see a small part under the ORVM of this prototype, we hope it is the Lane Watch camera which also doubles up for the 360 degree camera feature.

You can expect a new steering wheel inside with a new dashboard design and a floating touchscreen infotainment system with a smoother UI compared to the outgoing generation model. There will be a host of new features on offer to lure the buyers. Of course, with their man maximum machine minimum strategy, we can expect a lot of room inside the cabin and a big boot as well.

The 2025 Honda Amaze will continue to be powered by the 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine delivers 90 HP and 110 Nm of torque and will be available with a choice of a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission. There will be no diesel engine on offer but we can expect CNG variants with the new gen model.

It will continue to compete with the likes of the Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Auro and the Tata Tigor. Maruti is also preparing to launch the new generation Dzire, based on the new Swift. It will get new styling and revised interior along with a long list of features including the rumoured electric sunroof.
