2023 Volkswagen Tiguan updated, new price revealed
2023 Volkswagen Tiguan launched with a price tag of Rs. 34.69 lakhs (ex-showroom). The SUV gets some additional features and now complies with the new BS6 Phase 2 norms.
The German carmaker is now offering the Tiguan with an updated interior that gets dual tone storm grey colour scheme. The cabin now also comes with wireless charging pad for smartphones under the centre console.
With Level 1 ADAS system, the new Volkswagen Tiguan also offers Park Assist feature. With this, the car automatically detects empty parking space and manoeuvres itself while the driver needs to control the throttle and brakes.
The Tiguan is powered by the same 2.0-litre TSI turbocharged petrol engine producing 190 PS and 320 Nm of torque. It is mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission and comes with 4Motion all-wheel drive system. With this update, the Tiguan now returns 7% more fuel efficiency of 13.54 km/l (ARAI claimed).
The car is available with the same colour options – Nightshade Blue, Oryx White with Pearl effect, Deep Black, Dolphin Grey and Reflex Silver.
