2023 BMW X1 price revealed for the Indian market
2023 BMW X1 launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 45.90 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the sDrive18i xLine. The sDrive18d M Sport diesel variant is priced at Rs. 47.90 lakhs (ex-showroom). These are the only two variants on offer for now.
In terms of design, it looks bigger and is bigger than the previous generation X1. Has sharp styling elements that makes it look fresh. The front profile gets an aggressive headlight cluster along with a huge kidney grille. The redesigned bumper looks sharp.
It looks more mature from the side profile. Gets sleek alloy wheel design. Flap type door handles are flushed in the body for better aerodynamics. The rear profile gets a well sculpted tailgate along with wraparound tail lights.
The interior is all-new and gets a new dashboard layout. The most dominating feature here is the dual screen setup. The steering wheel looks sleek and sporty.
The sDrive 18d M Sport is powered by a 1995cc 4-cylinder diesel engine which produces 148 HP and 360 Nm of torque. It does 0-100 km/hr in 8.9 seconds. The claimed fuel consumption is 20.37 km/l.
The sDrive 18i xLine is powered by 1499cc 3-cylinder petrol engine which produces 134 HP and 230 Nm of torque. It does 0 to 100 km/hr in 9.2 seconds. The claimed fuel consumption is 16.3 km/l.
Both the engines come mated with a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
The BMW X1 continues to compete with the Audi Q3, Mercedes GLA and Volvo XC40 in the Indian market.
