2023 BMW M340i price revealed for the Indian market, bookings open
2023 BMW M340i launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 69.20 lakhs (ex-showroom). It is the mid-cycle update of the sedan that comes with some cosmetic tweaks and new features on offer.
The performance sedan will be assembled locally in India with CKD kits. Deliveries of the car will commence from January 2023. Bookings are currently open across all dealerships of BMW in India.
The facelifted model comes with revised grille design, new headlight design and redesigned bumpers that look sharper. It also comes with new 19-inch alloy wheels. A fixed rear wing is offered as an option.
The biggest and most noticeable change on the interior is the new 14.9-inch curved infotainment system and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster.
The M340i is powered by a 3.0-litre straight-six cylinder turbo petrol engine. It produces 374 HP and 500 Nm of torque. Mated to an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission.
The car does 0-100 km/hr acceleration in 4.4 seconds. The carmaker claims it is the quickest BMW to be produced in the country. It also comes with BMW xDrive all-wheel drive technology for maximum traction, agility and vehicle stability.
