2022 TVS Apache RTR 160 & 180 updated
2022 TVS Apache RTR 160 and 180 launched, priced from Rs. 1.17 lakhs (ex-showroom). The updated motorcycles come with better engine output, reduced weight, cosmetic changes and more features.
Now the visual updates include new LED headlamp, new LED tail lamp and new graphics for both the bikes. The RTR 160 is available in five colour options – black, white, red, blue and grey. The RTR 180 is offered in black and white colour options only.
Both the bikes come with fully digital instrument cluster having SmartXonnect connectivity with Bluetooth and gets voice assist as well. The motorcycles come with wider 120 mm rear tyre, X-ring chain, gear position indicator and new TVS Connect app UI.
TVS is offering three riding modes with the updated motorcycles – Rain, Urban and Street.
The TVS Apache RTR 160 is powered by a 159.7cc air-cooled engine producing 16.04 PS at 8750 RPM and 13.85 Nm at 7000 RPM.
The TVS Apache RTR 180 is powered by a 177.4cc oil-cooled engine producing 17.02 PS at 9000 RPM and 15.5 Nm at 7000 RPM.
The Indian motorcycle maker claims that the RTR 160 is 2 kg lighter and RTR 180 is 1 kg lighter.
