2022 Mercedes C-Class Spied With Undisguised Front End

The car seems to have been pictured at a factory, but can’t be said for sure

The 2022 Mercedes C-Class has been spied undisguised, well almost, and while the image is as grainy as it gets, it does showcase the design of the upcoming premium sedan.

It is the front end of the car that is undisguised and it follows the design language seen on the facelifted E-Class which was revealed back in March.

Thus, the headlights have gotten slimmer, the radiator grille is oval in shape, while the lower part has a slightly tweaked design to that seen on the sedan that sits above the Mercedes C-Class.

Also seen are bulges on the bonnet that is curved, while the rear-view mirrors are new. We will have to wait for spy shots of the rear of the car and we might not have to wait too long for that.

Previously, the car’s interior was also spotted, with the 2022 Mercedes C-Class borrowing heavily from the newly unveiled S-Class saloon. The steering wheel, AC vents, digital instrument cluster, infotainment are all new and the latter two are expected to borrow S-Class’ gizmos as well.

Expected to be launched sometime next year, the C-Class will likely make life tough for the BMW 3-Series and the upcoming Audi A4.
