2022 KTM RC 390 Teaser Video Is Out!

The supersport machine is set to be launched soon

The 2022 KTM RC 390 teaser video reveals a few design details of the machine

KTM has released a teaser video of the upcoming model year 2022 RC 390 to get the word out about the supersport machine’s launch which is scheduled to take place soon.

The short teaser video, which can be viewed here, shows a racer riding the bike around a circuit along with a few details of the motorcycle, which in this case comes in white with orange livery.

While the fuel tank is part orange and part white, the 2022 RC 390 in the teaser video comes with orange-coloured subframe and alloy wheels.

Of course, there is no KTM without the famous orange shade

Other aspects of the bike shown in the 2022 KTM RC 390 teaser video include the front disc (which has grown in size when compared with the current model), the new split seats and the LED tail light.

While the teaser video does not reveal the design of the motorcycle in full, the Austrian bike manufacturer has been caught road-testing the motorcycle quite a few times in India and recently, images of the new generation RC 125, RC 200 and RC 390 got leaked onto the internet as well.

The bike will get new seats

Thus, the new styling the refreshed KTM RC range will adopt is rather an open secret now. It is also well-known that the new RC 390’s fairing will have the Duke 390’s LED headlight integrated to it. The bike also comes with a larger fuel tank and a relatively relaxed rider ergonomics.

Unless KTM shocks us with something different, the 2022 model year RC 390 will be powered by the same 373cc single-cylinder motor (good for 43 BHP and 37 Nm) as the current model, and should remain a hoot to drive.
