The 2022 Hyundai Creta facelift teaser images only reveal the revised exterior styling of the vehicle
Hyundai Motors Indonesia has revealed teaser images of the 2022 Creta facelift which is bound for India.
The compact SUV’s new front fascia encompasses a ‘Parametric Jewel’ radiator grille with DRLs that are hidden until the car is powered on, new low-set headlights, revised bumper and lower air intake.
While the side profile of the car remains the same, even the wheels of the Indonesian model are identical to the current version sold here, there are differences in the rear section of the car.
The boot lid has been revised and so are the tail lamps. There is also a high-mounted stop lamp present at the rear. One other thing to note is that the Indonesian Creta does not have the ‘C’ band the connects the roof and the rearmost pillars.
Before the 2022 Hyundai Creta facelift teaser images came to the fore, its design sketches revealed earlier showed that the insides of the car will remain pretty much the same as the pre-facelift model. Expect the equipment list to be more or less the same as well.
The 2022 Creta will be officially unveiled in Indonesia at GIIAS 2021 (11th to 21st November) and will subsequently be introduced in India, possibly by early next year, as well.
