Honda CBR1000RR-R Gets A Touch More Affordable With Price Cut

The latest Fireblade is among the most powerful 2-wheeled machines on Earth

The 2022 Honda CBR1000RR-R price is now on a par with a few other exotic bikes

Honda has reduced the asking price of the CBR1000RR-R for 2022 by a massive amount. The motorcycle now costs from Rs. 23.11 lakhs (ex-showroom, Gurugram).

That’s right, Honda has slashed the cost of the litre-class superbike by about Rs. 10 lakhs, while keeping model as is. It was earlier priced at around Rs. 33 lakhs (ex-showroom).

Available in Grand Prix Red and Matte Pearl Morion Black colours, the motorcycle is powered by a 1000cc inline-4 engine that makes 214.6 BHP at 14,500 RPM and 113 Nm of torque at 12,500 RPM.

It still commands quite a premium over the Kawasaki ZX-10R

The transmission is a 6-speed unit with an assist and slipper clutch, and the motorcycle only weighs 201 kg with its 16-litre reservoir full of petrol. It is one powerful machine indeed.

No changes have been made to the electronics, suspension or braking system of the bike either and it continues to look the business when one considers the styling department.
