Finally, Audi India has announced the official launch date of the 2022 Q7
Audi will launch the 2022 Q7 on 3rd February in India. Bookings commenced for the facelifted SUV a couple of weeks ago and the token amount for the same is Rs. 5 lakhs.
The 2022 Q7 will come with a revised front end, incorporating a larger radiator grille, new bumper with air intakes and sleek Matrix LED headlights with DRLs.
Riding on 19-inch alloy wheels, the refreshed Q7 will also get new tail lamps and a restyled bumper. Unlike the exterior though, the luxury SUV’s insides have been revamped more.
For starters, the dashboard is new and it houses a 12.3-inch digital instrument display, a 10.1-inch touchscreen and a smaller screen, mind you it is still large enough at 8.6 inches across, for the 4-zone air-conditioning system.
Upon launch, 2022 Audi Q7 will come in 2 variants – Premium Plus and Technology – and will be equipped with features such as powered front seats, ambient lighting, Bang & Olufsen Premium 3D sound system, Park Assist Plus with a 360-degree-view camera, sunroof, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, among others.
Unlike before, the Q7 will only come with a single 3.0-litre V6 TFSI petrol engine option. The motor makes 340 HP and 500 torques and is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox that sends the engine’s power to the quattro all-wheel drive system.
Despite being a large SUV, the 2022 Q7 can sprint from nought to a 100 km/hr in 5.9 seconds and the BMW X5 rival will also come with driver-assist functions and other new age safety tech.
