2021 Toyota Fortuner Facelift Spied Undisguised

New Fortuner facelift gets sporty styling changes.

The new Fortuner gets sharp styling elements, still no sunroof

The Toyota Fortuner is due for a mid-cycle update since a long while. The facelifted version has been spied for the first time undisguised revealing the exterior details of the SUV.

The 2021 Toyota Fortuner comes with a new front fascia inspired by Lexus. It gets sharp LED headlights with sleeker grille and sporty new bumper. The alloy wheels look new and the tail lights as well as rear bumper has been revised as well.

We expect Toyota to slightly update the interior as well with a new steering wheel, instrument cluster, infotainment system and new colour theme of the upholstery along with some latest tech. The car spotted doesn’t get sunroof, we believe it won’t be offered in the facelifted Fortuner.

The updated SUV will be introduced in Thailand first and we expect the Japanese carmaker to introduce the new model in India by next year.

The Fortuner is likely to continue with the same BS6 compliant 2.7-litre petrol and 2.8-litre diesel engine options in India.
