Images of an undisguised 2021 SsangYong Rexton G4 facelift have been leaked online ahead of its 4th November reveal.
While the firm had, earlier in the month, released teaser images of the refreshed Rexton G4, these new images reveal, in full, the changes made to the vehicle.
Now, the front profile of the car looks a lot sharper with plentiful chrome, new headlights and a redesigned front bumper.
Similarly, changes have been made to the rear of the car and they include restyled LED tail lights, repositioning of the Rexton badge and there is a revised bumper as well.
The rear bumper also houses the reversing lights and it looks like a couple of faux chrome exhausts have found their way onto the car as well.
While the exterior of the car has been nearly completely overhauled, the 2021 SsangYong Rexton facelift has received minimal changes inside and they include a new steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster.
Engine-wise, the facelifted Rexton G4 is likely to retain the current model’s 2.2-litre diesel engine that puts out 184 BHP and 422 Nm. Rumour has it that a turbo petrol engine from Mahindra might also find its way under the bonnet of the car.
While Mahindra rebadged the Rexton G4 and introduced it in the market back in November 2018, this updated version is unlikely to be launched in India.
