The dual screen layout of the 2021 Mahindra XUV500 has been spotted again, but this time, the system has been caught while it was on.
As can be seen from the image, the touchscreen and driver’s cluster sit on the same plane and share the same housing.
Inspired by the Mercedes dual-screen system, the 2021 Mahindra XUV500 dual-screen layout seems to sport darker themes, but because it is currently under development, that might change.
We hope that the display is crisp and the touchscreen responsive, as we have come to expect from modern systems, while offering different layouts depending upon the drive mode chosen.
Also, the driver’s cluster looks like it will display plenty of information. We do not know if it is customisable as of now.
Other things that we know from earlier spy shots are that the car will come with a flat-bottom steering wheel, dual-tone dashboard, rotary drive mode selector, electronic parking brake, among others.
On the outside, the SUV will get flush-fitting door handles, new alloy wheels, integrated rear spoiler, LED tail lights, a sunroof, and more.
Expect Mahindra to launch the 2021 XUV500 by April next year and yes, it will come with multiple engine and transmission options.
