KTM has launched the 2021 Duke 125 with an introductory price tag of Rs. 1,50,010/- (ex-showroom, Delhi) today.
As can be seen, the biggest difference for the 2021 model year is the way the bike looks. The 2021 Duke 125 gets the same styling, inspired by the KTM Super Duke R 1290, as its siblings, now.
The sharper bodywork and aggressive design lend the motorcycle a big bike look, despite it being the smallest in the Duke range of motorcycles.
There is a new rear subframe, a larger steel tank that can hold 13.5 litres of fuel, and improved ergonomics. KTM says the revised seats offer a better riding position, while the leg contact is better, courtesy of the fuel tank’s shape.
Although it is a small bike, the 2021 KTM Duke 125 price gets customers top componentry. There are 43 mm WP USD forks upfront and a rear (adjustable) WP monoshock. Braking duties are done by a 300 mm disc at the front and 230 mm at the rear and ABS is present.
Powering the motorcycle is a 124.7cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor that puts out a maximum of 14.5 PS at 9250 RPM and 12 Nm of peak torque at 8000 RPM.
In all, the motorcycle weighs 159 kg (wet), which is not exactly light. When it comes to the colours, the motorcycle can be had either in Electronic Orange or Ceramic White.
