Deliveries have begun on the same day the price of the 2021 Jaguar F-Pace SVR was revealed
Jaguar Land rover has introduced the 2021 F-Pace SVR with a price tag of Rs. 1.51 crore (ex-showroom), today in India. Deliveries of the performance SUV have commenced on the same day as well.
Powered by a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol motor, the 2021 F-Pace SVR has 543 BHP and 700 Nm of torque. It comes mated to an uprated 8-speed torque converter automatic used in the XE Project 8.
As a result, the performance SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/hr in 4 seconds and hit a top speed of 286 km/hr. Big figures for an SUV!
All-wheel-drive with Intelligent Driveline Dynamics comes as standard and Jaguar claims that the SUV’s dynamics systems have been tweaked, while the brakes have been uprated.
Sitting at the pinnacle of the Jaguar performance SUV range, the 2021 F-Pace SVR comes with a huge price tag, but looks the part as well.
The exterior is race-inspired and features a new SVR-badged grille, revised bumper and all-LED quad headlights with ‘Double J’ DRLs. The restyled front bodywork reduces lift by 35 percent and lowers drag, while new apertures and vents are present in the bodywork for improved cooling.
Despite being a performance SUV, the F-Pace SVR has a luxurious interior with a hint of sportiness. There is a bespoke split-rim steering wheel, revised centre console and a new drive selector now.
For the price, 2021 Jaguar F-Pace SVR comes with features such as a 11.4-inch curved infotainment touchscreen, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, Cabin Air Ionisation, Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) capability, 3D Surround Camera technology and more.
