Honda has revealed the 2021 NC750X with restyled bodywork, a bit more power, revised electronics and less weight.
Sporting new styling, the bike looks modern and features LED lighting and LED DRLs. Honda has also given it a new windscreen.
For the 2021 update, the bike has also been given a LCD dash and in terms of the chassis, Honda has managed to remove 1.8 kg from the frame and has boosted storage space.
Overall, the bike weighs 6 kg less and the kerb weight is 214 kg for the MT and 224 kg for the DCT and also gets a 30 mm lower seat height, now 800 mm.
The 745cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine powering the 2021 Honda NC750X now makes 57.8 HP at 6750 RPM and 69 Nm at 4750 RPM. Both figures are now up with the Euro 5 update courtesy of a revised exhaust system and valve timing.
Also revised is the gearbox that now uses shorter ratios for first, second, and third gear and also sports a slipper clutch.
However, the big news with the 2021 NC750X is the electronics package that introduces a fly-by-wire throttle that adds three riding modes improved traction control with three levels of intervention and better DCT shifting schedules.
There are 41 mm telescopic forks upfront and a monoshock at the rear and both have 120 mm travel, while braking duties are carried over by 320 mm disc at the front and 240 mm disc at the back.
It might not boast bonkers figures, but remains one of the most practical middleweight bikes ever to hit the tarmac.
