Honda has revealed the Forza 125, along with its bigger siblings, overseas. The 2021 model year 125cc scooter now gets updated design, new features, as well as mechanical changes.
Design-wise, the two-wheeler looks much sharper, with its tall and revised fairing, windscreen that has 40 mm more movement, cuts and creases all over the body, stylish alloys, new panels and rear-view mirrors.
Also, the larger air inlets at the front regulate negative pressure in front of the rider at speed and aids in comfort, as the rider back pressure is regulated, says Honda.
Features offered on the 2021 Honda Forza 125 include full-LED lighting, space for two helmets under the seat and further, it also features a USB type-C socket to keep devices juiced up while on the go.
Two analogue dials flank a digital screen in the instrument panel. The screen can switch between three display models and the cluster also shows current and average fuel consumption, remaining range, among other information.
Colour schemes offered on the smaller maxi scooter are five and they are – Lucent Silver Metallic, Mat Cynos Gray Metallic, Mat Carnelian Red Metallic, Pearl Cool White and Pearl Nightstar Black.
Powering the scooter is a Euro 5-compliant, 125cc enhanced Smart Power Plus (eSP+) motor that makes 14.8 BHP and 12.2 Nm. It also gets Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) to monitor and maintain rear tyre traction, and idling stop tech.
Suspension duties are carried over by telescopic forks upfront and twin shocks at the rear, while braking is done by a 256 mm disc at the front and 240 mm disc at the back.
