Mercedes GLC Coupe launched in India for the first time in non-AMG version.
The German luxury carmaker introduced the GLC Coupe in India in 2017 and it was only available in AMG version until now. Mercedes-Benz has introduced the 2020 GLC Coupe in 300 and 300d versions.
In terms of styling, the GLC Coupe retains the same design language with the unique coupe silhouette but comes with mild styling updates similar to what we’ve seen in the GLC facelift.
There is a new grille up front with new pair of sharp headlights and tail lights along with new alloy wheels. The interior too looks more or less the sale like the regular GLC albeit with different colour scheme.
The 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder BS6 compliant turbo petrol engine producing 258 PS and 370 Nm of torque. It is paired to a 9-speed automatic transmission and comes with 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. 0-100 km/hr comes up in a claimed 6.3 seconds.
The GLC 300d is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder BS6 diesel producing 245 PS and 500 Nm of torque. It also comes with a 9-speed auto transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. 0-100 km/hr comes up in a claimed 6.6 seconds.
