Honda Activa 6G has been introduced with telescopic suspension for the first time.
The Honda Activa 5G was launched 2 years back at the Auto Expo 2018. Now the Japanese bike maker has launched the 6th generation version of the scooter. The Honda Activa 6G is priced from Rs. 63,912/- (ex-showroom).
The Honda Activa 6G has got full metal body and looks more premium with the refreshed styling. It comes with new features including double lid external fuel filler, dual function switch for the seat and fuel cap.
It has got an integrated passing switch along with engine kill switch. The new Activa has got more floor space and longer seat for added comfort. It also comes with increased wheelbase and Honda claims it has got the best ground clearance at 171 mm.
The much awaited telescopic suspension has been offered in the Activa 6G with a 12-inch front wheel. The scooter is available in 6 colour options and 2 variants – Standard and DLX.
Some of the other features include LED DC headlamp, CBS with equaliser and 3-step adjustable rear suspension. The Japanese bike maker is offering 6 year warranty with the Activa 6G.
It is powered by a 109.51cc BS6 compliant engine that produces 7.8 PS at 8000 RPM and 8.79 Nm of torque at 5250 RPM. The Honda Activa 6G goes on sale today, deliveries to begin by the end of January.
