Suzuki has officially unveiled the GSX-S300 in China.
A few weeks ago we saw some undisguised images of the 2019 Suzuki GSX-S300 and the company has now officially unveiled the bike in China. This bike is known as Houje DR300 in the Chinese market, while it is likely to be named as GSX-S300 in the global market.
The GSX-S300 design is similar to the image we had seen before, the same aggressive and sharp lines perfectly suited for a streetfighter bike. This bike gets a small attractive LED headlight and a tail light. The GSX-S300 gets a strong fuel tank design which makes it look bold. It also gets a fully-digital LCD console which gives all prime information to the rider.
The bike gets an upside-down fork and a preload adjustable monoshock unit at the rear. It gets disc brakes at both, front and rear wheels along with dual-channel ABS which comes as standard. The 17-inch alloy wheels get 110/70 and 140/60 Pirelli tyres at the front and rear respectively.
The bike will be powered by a 298cc liquid cooled parallel twin engine. However, the company has not yet revealed the other figures but it is expected to generate 30 BHP and 25 Nm torque paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
The 2019 Suzuki GSX-S300 will not arrive in India anytime soon but the Japanese bike maker is coming up with a new single cylinder 250cc motorcycle in our country soon. This bike will be similar to the Suzuki Gixxer and the Suzuki Intruder and it will receive the sharp styling from the Suzuki GSX-S300.
