Suzuki has launched the new 150cc Gixxer SF along with its quarter-litre sibling.
The 2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF is here along with a 250cc Gixxer SF. Both the bikes are identical in terms of styling and get a split seat set-up, with a razor-sharp headlamp unit with LED DRL and double barrel exhaust with chrome garnish.
The new Suzuki Gixxer SF is priced at Rs. 1,09,870/- (ex-showroom, Delhi). It comes with new graphics and gets two colour options – Gloss Sparkle Black and Metallic Sonic Silver/Gloss Sparkle Black. The bike will compete against the recently launched Hero Xtreme 200S.
The 2019 Gixxer SF is powered by a 155cc, SOHC, 2-valve, air-cooled motor. This engine produces 14.1 PS at 8000 RPM and 14 Nm of torque at 6000 RPM. This powerhouse is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and gets a fuel-injection system. The bike comes with dual-disc brakes, but with a single-channel ABS unit as standard. It gets a traditional front fork set-up and rear monoshock. The bike sticks to the road with 100 section front tyre and a 140 section rear tyre.
