The 2019 Honda Grazia gets a refreshed look with a minor hike in price.
Honda has updated the Grazia for the year 2019. The scooter now gets a refreshed look along with a new colour option. However, the changes are only on the cosmetic side of the product which also called in for a Rs. 300/- hike in price. Honda has only updated the top ‘DX’ variant of the Grazia which will now retail at Rs. 64,668/- (ex showroom, Delhi).
The 2019 Honda Grazia DX has been treated with new decals on the front apron with ‘DX’ lettering on it. The scooter also gets a new colour and Honda calls it ‘Pearl Siren Blue’. The drum and the drum-alloy variants of the scooter still carry the old price tag. There are no mechanical changes in the scooter.
Honda is using the same 124.5 cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine in the Grazia. The motor makes 8.5 BHP and 10.5 Nm of torque. The braking duties are taken care of by 130 mm drum brakes on both ends with an optional 190 mm disc brake setup on the front for more effectiveness. Honda also offers CBS (Combined Braking System) on the Grazia for better safety. This reduces the chances of a vehicle skid in case of an emergency braking situation.
The Honda Grazia rides on a 12-inch wheel at the front and 10-inch wheel at the rear. It has a maximum fuel tank capacity of 5.3-litres. Other features include an LED headlamp, a fully digital instrument cluster and a front glove box with a provision for charging mobiles. The Honda Grazia now gets sharper lines across the body which adds an aggressive look to it. The Grazia is one sporty looking scooter in the segment and shares rivals the TVS NTorq 125, Aprilia SR 125 and the Suzuki Access 125.
