Ahead of its launch, the engine details of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 have been revealed.

The 2019 Dominar 400 gets upside-down forks

Bajaj Auto will launch the 2019 Dominar 400 in the next few days and now we’ve got details about its engine. The bike comes with the same engine but now gets a DOHC layout. The company has also increased its power and torque figures marginally.

The engine of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 is BS6 compliant. Thanks to the increase in power and torque, the bike now comes with improved acceleration and a slightly higher top speed. Due to the DOHC layout, the engine will feel more refined too.

The 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 comes with some other changes too such as upside-down forks, radial caliper on the front disc, dual-exit exhaust and a redesigned instrument cluster. It also gets dual-channel ABS.
