Yamaha Fazer 250 images have surfaced without any camouflage, revealing the bike completely.
The Yamaha FZ25 came as a surprise launch and has done well in the market as it’s one of the few Japanese bikes to be priced well, all thanks to heavy sharing of components with the 150cc FZ model. Just like the FZ-S was followed up with the Fazer, Yamaha will soon launch the Fazer 250, based on the FZ25.
While the motorcycle has been spotted umpteen number of times earlier, this time it seems to have been caught on an ad shoot as it was completely uncamouflaged and is shining brightly in red and golden dual-tone paint scheme. The spotted motorcycle’s pictures come courtesy of a Yamaha fan group on Facebook.
Unlike the Fazer which gets a dual headlamp, the Fazer 250 gets the exact same headlight as the FZ25 which leaves a lot of space around the headlight, making the bike look weird. The fairing is quite bulky although we will reserve our judgement till we see the Pulsar RS 200 rival in person, perhaps, it will look better then.
The Yamaha Fazer 250 is nearing its launch and could go on sale as early as next month, priced at a Rs. 10-15,000/- premium over its street-fighter sibling on which it is based on. The 250cc, air and oil-cooled, 2-valve mill produces 21 PS of power and 20 Nm of torque, with the full-faired model expected to be marginally slower owing to the added weight.
