2018 Suzuki Burgman Street 125 starts reaching dealerships well ahead of its launch this month in India.
The 2018 Suzuki Burgman Street 125 maxi scooter has started arriving at dealerships in India. The vehicle is slated to be launched on the 19th of this month (July) and it remains to be seen how well will it be received here in India.
The Suzuki Burgman 125’s bodywork is very European and sports a contoured seat, stretched floorboard and a relaxed riding position. The scooter gets features like an LED headlamp, fully digital instrument console, body-mounted windscreen and a front disc brake. The scooter draws power from the same 125cc motor as seen in the Access 125. The 125cc air-cooled engine outputs 8.58 HP of power and 9.8 Nm of torque. The powertrain comes paired with a CVT automatic gearbox.
Fuel tank capacity is rated at 5.6-litres while the scooter weighs 110 kgs. Other interesting facts about the Burgman 125 is that it offers a front storage compartment with 7-litres of luggage space beside the regular under seat storage. Expect the Burgman 125 to be priced at a premium over the Access 125.
