The updated Pulsar NS 200 ABS has been launched, is priced at Rs. 1.08 lakhs.
Bajaj has silently launched the Pulsar NS 200 ABS in India at Rs. 1.08 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike gets a single-channel ABS unit like its faired counterpart, the RS 200. Bookings for the Pulsar NS 200 ABS have commenced at Bajaj dealerships pan-India.
No mechanical or cosmetic changes have been made to the bike. The Pulsar NS 200 ABS is powered by a 199.5cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that produces 23.5 HP of power and 18.3 Nm of torque. This motor comes paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
The bike uses telescopic forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. Braking is via a 280 mm and a 230 mm disc brake at the front and rear respectively. Since the ABS is a single-channel unit, the sensor ring can be seen only on the front disc.
The ABS variant is priced at a premium of Rs. 12,616/- over the non-ABS version. The Pulsar NS 200 is the only player in its segment that offers ABS. TVS is yet to introduce the ABS and FI variant of the Apache 200.
