2018 Pulsar Classic 150 Launched, Priced At Rs. 67,437/-

2018 Pulsar Classic 150 launched in India, is a stripped-down version of the Pulsar 150.

The Pulsar Classic 150 loses out on body graphics, tank extensions and a rear disc brake

The 2018 Pulsar Classic 150 has been launched in India priced at Rs. 67,437/- (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The Pulsar Classic 150 is essentially a stripped-down variant of the Pulsar 150 Twin Disc and costs approximately Rs. 10,000/- lesser than the latter.

The Pulsar Classic 150 looks different in comparison to the Twin Disc variant but mechanically remains the same. The motorcycle misses out on the graphics and the tank extensions and is available only in the black shade. It still continues to be powered by a 149.5cc single-cylinder, 2-valve, twin-spark motor that develops 14 PS of power and 13.4 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The Pulsar Classic 150 retains the telescopic forks at the front and the twin shock absorbers at the rear but uses a drum brake at the rear. Disc brake is offered only on the front wheel. While the Pulsar 150 Twin Disc rivals the TVS Apache RTR 160 V2 and the Honda CB Unicorn 160, the Classic 150 goes against the likes of the Hero Achiever and Honda CB Unicorn 150.
