The DZire V trim gets chrome surrounds on the grille and the bumper, blinkers on the ORVMs, regular headlamp setup, body coloured ORVM caps, multi-spoke wheel covers but misses out on LED DRLs with projector headlamp setup, rear parking sensors and foglamps.
The interiors are better equipped, there’s a 2-DIN audio system with Bluetooth, audio controls on the steering, manual climate control, multi-information display, rear AC vent and powered ORVM adjustment.
The 2017 Maruti DZire gets the same 1.2-litre K-Series engine that produces 84 HP of power and a 1.3-litre DDiS diesel motor that produces 75 HP of power. Both the powertrains are available with a manual as well as an AMT gearbox. Bookings for the DZire have commenced across dealerships in India for a minimum amount of Rs. 11,000/-. Expect the prices to jump by Rs. 30,000 to Rs 50,000/- over the outgoing model.
