2017 Hyundai Tucson brochure leaked for the Indian market, comes with two engine options diesel and petrol both with automatic and manual transmissions.
Hyundai is all set to launch the new generation Tucson in India on 14th November. The Korean automaker showcased the new SUV at the 2016 Auto Expo that gained a lot of attention in the Indian market. The brochure reveals engine options and the features that will be on offer in India.
Powering the 2017 Hyundai Tucson are two engine options. It comes with a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 185 PS of power and 400 Nm of torque. The 2.0-litre petrol engine produces 155 PS of power and 192 Nm of torque. Both the engines come with a 6-speed automatic and manual transmission options.
The claimed fuel efficiency for the diesel variant is 18.42 km/l for the manual and 16.38 km/l for automatic. The petrol variant returns a claimed 13.03 km/l for the manual and 12.95 km/l for the automatic. The Tucson comes with first in segment drive modes and auto hold function.
Some of the key features of the new Hyundai Tucson include 10-way adjustable power driver seat, keyless entry and go with push button start, auto folding ORVM with heating function, electronic parking brake, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto with 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
