Honda has updated the CBR650F with various new features and it will make it to the Indian shores this June.
Honda will be launching the 2017 CBR650F in the Indian market this June. The bike is expected to come at a slightly premium price tag of Rs. 7.60 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The bike will be powered by the same 648.72cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder, fuel-injected mill.
The 2017 CBR650F makes more power and has a slightly higher torque figure. Power stands at 89.8 HP and torque at 64 Nm. The engine will come mated to a 6-speed gearbox. There’s a larger intake and exhaust system on the new CBR. In addition to the above, it also gets new 41 mm Showa Dual Bending Valve Forks upfront. Honda will be offering ABS as standard.
In terms of looks, the bike gets new colour schemes. The following colours are on offer – Red, Pearl White, and Matte Black. The bike gets a revised fairing and a mildly redesigned headlight design. Another noticeable change is the addition of the all-LED headlamp unit. The bike tips the scales at 213 kgs.
