The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has added two new colours to the 2017 Honda CBR150R but it gets no mechanical changes.
The 2017 Honda CBR150R gets two new colours for the Indonesian market, the Victory Black Red and Slick Black White. The MotoGP edition and the Honda racing red colours continue to be available while the solid black colour has been discontinued.
Honda launched the CBR150R in Indonesia last year. The bike was a significant step-up from the previous model, it looked sharp, angular and racier. The motorcycle features an all-digital instrument cluster and a dual headlamp unit. The CBR150R still dons the 149.16cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. This powertrain churns out 17.1 HP of maximum power and 13.7 Nm of peak torque.
Braking duties are via a front and a rear disc. The Honda CBR150R comes with a 12-litre fuel tank and this machine weighs 135 kgs. The motorbike goes against the likes of the Yamaha R15 Version 3.0 and Suzuki GSX-R150. Prices for the CBR150R start at IDR 32,975,000/- (Rs. 1.60 lakhs) and the company has no plans of launching the latest generation model in India anytime soon.
