Riding Dynamics – The riding dynamics too are exactly the same as the Activa 3G. The Combi Brake System (CBS) works very well and helps maintain balance but unlike the competition, it doesn’t come with a front disc, not even as an option. The Activa 4G has the same suspension which lets it feel stable and agile through traffic and city speeds. It misses out on telescopic suspension for the front, something we were expecting to see this year as even the cheaper Honda Navi gets it.
Verdict – For 2017, the Honda Activa may be slower but is now a more refined package, focusing more on ease of riding than performance. It’s a very capable scooter with its plain and simple approach but we still feel Honda could have done more for the Activa 4G, instead of a few minor tweaks here and there. Doesn’t this scooter deserve more love from its manufacturer considering every second 2-wheeler they sell is an Activa?
