The 2017 Bajaj Discover 125 has been launched and it is now BS-IV compliant.
Bajaj has launched the Discover 125 BS-IV version and it is priced at Rs. 50,559/- for the base trim (drum brake) and Rs. 52,559/- for the top trim (disc brake). The price of the top variant sees a hike of Rs. 1464/- (all prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
The 2017 Bajaj Discover 125 is powered by the same engine which is a 124.6cc, 2-valve, single cylinder, DTSi mill that is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine produces 11 PS of power at 8000 RPM and 10.8 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM. Top speed is claimed to be 100 km/hr while the claimed fuel efficiency is 82.4 km/l.
The Discover 125 gets features like alloy wheels, 35 Watt DC headlamp and a 200 mm disc up front. The bike gets telescopic forks at the front and twin shocks at the rear. The bike is available in the following colours – Ebony Black with Deep Red graphics, Ebony Black with Deep Blue graphics, Electron Blue and Flame Red.
