TVS brings back the extremely popular name Victor with its latest 110cc commuter motorcycle that gets completely new styling while the motor is highly fuel efficient.
While the Apache RTR 200 4V may be the grabbing all the attention at the TVS pavilion this Auto Expo, the automaker has also stacked up its other offerings including the new yet nostalgic Victor 110 commuter motorcycle.
Launched after almost a decade in a completely new avatar, the 2016 TVS Victor has made a comeback strengthening the automaker’s position in the entry-level motorcycle segment and rivals the Hero Splendor, Honda Dream Series, Bajaj Platina and the likes.
Keeping up with modern times, the design has taken a huge leap over the predecessor on the new TVS Victor, whilst retaining the same profile and lines all over. Power comes from the same 109.7cc single-cylinder unit seen in the Star City+ 110cc, but is tuned to produce 9.5 BHP and 9.4 Nm of torque, paired to a 4-speed gearbox.
Further, the 2016 TVS Victor gets telescopic front forks and twin shock setup at the rear while an elongated single seat ensures high comfort for the rider and pillion. The overall kerb weight is low at 112 kgs ensuring class leading acceleration levels.
In addition to the new Victor, the TVS pavilion has the company’s entire motorcycle and scooter lineup on display while its new partner BMW has showcased the much awaited the G310R roadster at the biennial event.
