The 2016 Honda Activa-i has been launched in India and the popular scooter comes with 3 new colours while mechanicals remain unchanged.
The Honda Activa is an extremely popular scooter in the Indian 2-wheeler market and it is available in a lot of different trims and variants and the Activa-i is one of them. Honda has now launched the 2016 Activa-i and the scooter is offered with 3 new colours in the line-up.
The Honda Activa-i is offered in Standard and Deluxe variants. The Standard variant now comes with new Pearl Trance Yellow and Candy Jazz Blue colours apart from the regular Pearl Amazing White and Black shades. The Deluxe variant gets a new Imperial Red Metallic colour apart from the regular Orchid Purple Metallic and Pearl Amazing White shades.
No mechanical changes have been made to the 2016 Honda Activa-i and the scooter continues to come with the same mechanicals. The scooter is powered by a 110cc HET (Honda Eco Technology) engine that produces 8 BHP of power at 7500 RPM and 8.74 Nm of torque at 5500 RPM.
The 2016 Honda Activa-i is priced at Rs. 50,255/- (ex-showroom, Mumbai). It competes with the likes of the TVS Wego, Hero Duet and Suzuki Let’s.
