The Hero HF Deluxe has been caught testing, most likely with the company’s new 100cc engine that can generate 8.46 BHP and 8.46 Nm of torque. The bike is expected to launch early next year.
Hero always been successful in India thanks to its affordable and value-for-money products. Its expertise lies in the entry-level commuter segment and the company by all means knows how to stay on the top of its game. Hero off late has been working on new engines that have been developed in-house. These will most likely be made available in the market by the beginning of 2016 and the new engines consist of a 100cc, 110cc, 125cc and also a larger 250cc motor which will be debuting on the much awaited HX250R. The company seems to have put the new engines on test with their upcoming range of products because one such test mule was recently spied testing.
The motorcycle caught testing sports camouflage on its complete body, but judging from the exposed bits like grab rails, tail-lights and suspension cover, it is clear that the motorcycle is the HF Deluxe facelift. Hero seems to be testing the new 100cc engine that can generate 8.46 BHP and 8.46 Nm of torque with the HF Deluxe. The engine comes paired to a 4-speed gearbox. The HF Deluxe is known for its light weight, compact dimensions and high fuel efficiency figures in the market. In addition to the new engine, the HF Deluxe facelift is expected to feature many changes on the cosmetic front as well. The headlight unit, fuel tank, tail section are expected to get a few minor changes, a new range of colours and not to forget, new stickers.
Fuel efficiency figures are expected to improve even further while performance should also change for the better. The new set of engines have been testing for well over two years now and the same are expected to launch in India by early 2016 with the current range of motorcycles, if not new ones. With Hero’s range of unmatched after sales and service, the new engines are expected to perform well and help the company garner even more sales in the coming future. These will also be exported to different countries all around the world as the company has been concentrating hard on the export market as well. The HF Deluxe facelift will be competing with the Honda Dream series when launched in the market.
