The 2015 Maruti Baleno will be offered in 6 colour options including Fire Red, Metallic Premium Silver, Autumn Orange, Urban Blue, Pearl Arctic White and Granite Grey. The car is based on an all new platform that makes it lighter than the Swift and quite frugal too with an ARAI certified fuel efficiency figure of 21.4 km/l on the petrol (manual and CVT) while the diesel returns 27.39 km/l. India will be the production hub for the Baleno globally witnessing 99 percent localisation and hence, one can expect prices to be very aggressive. The hatchback will be the second premium offering to be sold via NEXA dealerships across the country.
