The Swift has been ageing and Suzuki needs to get a replacement for the popular hatchback soon. The 2011 Suzuki Swift is already under testing and was caught by WorldCarFans in Germany. The next generation Swift will address the biggest drawback of the Swift, which lacks adequate room for the rear passengers. Although the camouflage makes it difficult to judge, we interpret the next iteration of the Swift to have bigger dimensions. The car is expected to be launched in 2010 and will be available in various versions including AWD for the Japanese market and Plug-in Hybrid for the U.S market, but we in India will have to be content with the current engines on offer.
