Hyundai is just a few weeks away from launching the new 2011 Verna in India and the speculation on what engines will be on offer have finally come to an end. The Korean automaker will offer the Verna with 4 new engine options never seen before on the Verna- 2 petrol and 2 diesel. This will help the company to price the Verna very aggressively and also to cater to a bigger market. The entry level models will compete with the Maruti Swift DZire, Tata Manza Elan whereas the higher rated engines will compete with the likes of the Honda City, Volkswagen Vento, Maruti Suzuki SX4 and the upcoming Ford Fiesta.
